CANCELLATION POLICY

Written cancellation required for every cancelled booking.
In case of no-show, 1 night retention would be charged.
48 hours prior notice is required for cancellation of individual room.
One night retention would be charged if cancelled within 48 hours.
In case of pre mature departure, 1 extra night will be charged as retention or cancellation charges.
